持續地閱讀 Joel on Software 應該也有兩年以上的時間了。雖然幾乎所有的文章我都已經在電腦螢幕前翻閱過了，但是當 Joel 將他的文章集結出書時，我還是忍不住買了一本，畢竟我還是很享受把書拿在手上翻了一遍又一遍的感覺。
我將書裡面的內容歸納為『當你無可救藥地要創立自己的軟體公司前，你一定要知道的事』或是『除了你書架上那一拖拉庫關於程式設計的書外，你一定要讀的一本書』。然而我並不是要你去相信 Joel 講的每一件事，而是去學習他的思考方式，正如同書背上的這段介紹：
